Refund policy
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery. All parts must be returned in new condition in the original packaging that the products were shipped in. If the item was shipped in a sealed container, that item must be returned in that same sealed container without evidence of tampering.
FrankenTurbo reserves the right to inspect all returned items, and may deny a return based on our inspection of the product. Shuenk does not accept returns on installed parts nor on parts shipped.
